The hub is currently available again, but we have not yet heard back from our provider and will continue to monitor the situation.

Update

We have been notified by our datacenter operator that there is a networking issue going on upstream and the provider has commenced troubleshooting.

Investigating

Currently, Socialhub Frontend, API and processing are down due to Infrastructure failures. We are investigating the issue.
